Over the past year I have been collecting recipes that I have tried and liked, and passed the Prashant taste test.
I will start posting these recipes to share with the greater internet population.

Also since making lists are fun for control freaks like myself, I will also start posting ratings and quick run down of what the restaurant is like. Prashant and I have been on a quest - well more Prashant than I, on getting to a lot of different restaurants. That's great but some times you have to go back to the ones you know and love, know what I mean?!

Anyway, like I said this will be a work in progress, so bear with me...also hardly any of these recipes will be of my own creation so you copywriter just kiss my ass.
